Tricia has spent nearly twenty years working in mental health, helping people make positive change and live the life they deserve. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Tricia has a deep clinical background that includes experience working both inpatient and outpatient and has worked at The Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders in Philadelphia, PA and most recently at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA in the division of women's mental health.

Tricia is trained in CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing and other evidence-based modalities and is a solution-focused therapist. Tricia believes in working collaboratively with her clients and customizing treatment to fit their unique needs.

Tricia is an exceptional therapist — very detailed, thoughtful and empathetic. She cares tremendously for her patients and is quite dedicated, and she has substantial expertise in the area of women’s mental health. I would highly recommend her to anyone and have complete confidence in her skills.
